We Started Because We Couldn't Find What We Needed

Back in early 2019, I was working with small business owners across Yunlin County who kept asking the same question: "Why don't we show up when people search on their phones?" They had websites. Some even had good content. But mobile search? That was a different story entirely.

DynamoLux grew out of those conversations — and the realization that most SEO training still focused on desktop tactics from five years ago.

How We Actually Got Here

It wasn't some grand plan. I'd been consulting on website projects for years, mostly helping businesses in central Taiwan get online. What struck me was the disconnect — clients would invest in beautiful sites that performed terribly on mobile devices.

And mobile was everything by then. People were searching for restaurants while walking down the street, comparing prices in store aisles, looking for services during their commute.

So we started running workshops. Small groups at first — maybe eight or ten people in a meeting room in Douliu. We'd bring actual phones, test real websites, and walk through what was actually hurting their visibility. No theory. Just "here's why your site loads slowly on 4G" and "this is what Google actually sees."

Those workshops turned into requests for deeper training. By mid-2020, we had developed a structured program focused entirely on mobile-first SEO strategies that worked in the Taiwan market specifically.

We keep our training groups small — usually twelve to fifteen people maximum. This isn't about lecturing to a room of fifty people. You'll get direct feedback on your specific projects and challenges.

Our next program begins in August 2026, running over twelve weeks with a mix of evening sessions and weekend workshops. We've found this schedule works better for people who are running businesses or working full-time while upgrading their skills.
